Who are you and what do you stand for? This is what I value and this is my approach to each day and each session and what guides decisions day in, day out. 

L – Longevity:
 We don’t cut corners because we are in this for the long haul. We master the fundamentals and aim to be consistent. We believe movement is medicine. We don’t stop moving because we grow old, we grow old because we stop moving.

I – Integrity:
Who we are when no one’s watching. Honest and loyal and treat everyone with respect.

F – Fun:
This should be fun. Support and encourage. People matter.

E – Education:
Have a growth mindset, strive for excellence. Seek out challenges and opportunities to serve something bigger than yourself.
